Clarify the inspection items and contents of purchased materials, strictly control the production process of unqualified products, and ensure product quality.
Applicable to the testing process of materials purchased by our company.
Materials: refers to the materials, products and other items purchased by the Company.
Logistics Department: Responsible for receiving goods from suppliers, checking suppliers and outer box status, counting and repacking. Quality Department: Responsible for the packaging test, label test, pin/solder ball test, marking test, surface test, scratch test, discrete value test, dimension test, X-ray test, third party test, data upload test of purchased materials and products.
Applicable to the testing process of materials purchased by our company.
Incoming material testing: After receiving the materials to be inspected, the I0QC inspector logs into the SAP system quality testing platform to compare whether the incoming material information in the system matches the label content, and whether the incoming material specifications and models match.If it does not meet the test requirements, notify the warehouse, customer service, purchasing and sales; if it meets the requirements, proceed to the next test. For general incoming materials (GB2828-2012 normal inspection standard), a certain proportion will be sampled first to check the quality, and then decide whether to enter the warehouse for full inspection or return. It is required to take photos to form a test record, and the test must be completed under monitoring; the CPU must not be disassembled from the smallest package for testing; 0EMSTOCK/agent group DC does not need to be unpacked for testing within 2 years, only ordinary appearance testing is required.
Check the delivery note and check whether the supplier providing the materials is a qualified supplier of the company (check the "Qualified Supplier List") .If the supplier is not a qualified supplier of our company, the goods will be rejected directly. The test items are determined according to the supplier type; see Appendix 3 for details;
Observe whether the outer box packaging is intact, whether the packaging meets customer requirements (system notes), and whether the vacuum packaging is well preserved (MSL2 level and above); check whether the braided belt is broken, squeezed, or deformed; check whether the supplier has changed the packaging, and whether the material and weaving direction meet the requirements;
Check whether the model and specifications of the purchased materials are consistent with the requirements of the purchase order: check whether the brand on the original label matches the system; check whether the material D/C is consistent with the system notes (the default requirement is to meet the requirements within two years); check whether the label anti-counterfeiting meets the requirements of the original manufacturer; check whether the label has a change mark, whether the label's viscosity meets the requirements, and whether the environmental protection information on the label, such as ROHS and PB Free, meets the requirements of the original manufacturer and customers.
Check whether there are any signs of repair; whether the material pins are oxidized or deformed.
